Rider must download the app to on the smartphone from Google Play or the App Store , register and book a ride
Define the start and destination of the ride. The app will show a rider the price of the ride. The app will direct rider to the starting point which is usually at the nearest street corner.
The Bus On Demand will pick the rider up in a few minutes. Our ride-sharing service pools the individual routes of every passenger. Up to six people can ride together – even in a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
The Rider will also be contributing to a cleaner environment. The more people use The Bus On Demand service; the less CO2, the amount of traffic decreases and cities becomes a better place to live.

Using the all-new RTA’s Dubai Bus On Demand app (iOS and Android), riders can hail a vehicle
directly from their smartphone. Via’s advanced algorithms will enable multiple riders to
share the vehicle seamlessly. The powerful technology will direct passengers to a nearby
virtual bus stop within a short walking distance for pick up and drop off, allowing for
quick and efficient shared trips without lengthy detours, or inconvenient fixed routes and
schedules.
